I’m Penelope Lane and I've been a Clinical Psychologist, Personal Trainer and a Mindfulness Teacher, for over 30 years.
I guide women to enhance their health and well-being using an innovative program that combines mental, physical and emotional training together in one unique program.
In essence, body-mind-heart training using a unique combination of fitness, strength and mobility training with mindfulness and self-compassion practices, all at once.
It’s instrumental in enhancing the effectiveness and enjoyment of exercise, and building exercise motivation. It also has the amazing flow on benefits of living a more mindful and self-compassionate life.
